File ID:
HMS_OceanBPF.

This is a completely new carrier made to emulate HMS Ocean in 1945 British Pacific Fleet service. She has an adjusted takeoff position and a modified DP that allows her to absorb a more realistic amount of damage than the stock carriers. She supports long wakes. Her pitch and roll motions have been dampened to facilitate takeoff and landing.

# HMS_OceanBPF
HMS Ocean 700 ft model 1945.When selected from the Ship list, you can add waypoints to make this vessel move through the water. When selected from the Infrastructure list, this vessel is just scenery and won't move, but can be damaged and destroyed.

This model is of HMS Ocean circa 1945.

The textures are only appropriate for the period. All aircraft carriers changed their flightdeck markings like a women changes her dress, HMS Ocean was no exception.

This model was made to reasonably accurate drawings (700 feet). Consequently, landing is more difficult as the deck is narrower and at lower level than the default carriers.
The arrestor wires you see are PARTS and not textures and are set at the proper height above the deck. Due to CFS2 not accepting more than 4 wires, you have 3 wires together and 1 apart (last gasp).
On take-off, don't worry about the wires, you will run over them, just don't lower your tailhook.
This model also has deck lights for night missions. They are not accurate for the ship in real life, but are adequate for use in CFS2.
